Ms Sonia Darshan is a highly experienced professional with over 10 years of experience in Teaching, Administration (Academics & Corporate) and Human Resource Management. Presently, she is working as a Senior Lecturer II in the Department of Management and HR at Institute of Business Management (IoBM- CBM). Previously, she worked in different educational institutes as a Lecturer and contributed in the corporate sectors as well in the HR department as Human Resource Manager. In the HR department she was looking after the recruitment, trainings, compensation, developing policies and employee performance management. Sonia Darshan holds MBA degree in Business Administration from Iqra University and also M Phil equivalency. She has done Post Graduate Diploma Course in Labour Administration & Industrial Relations. At present, she is doing PhD from DHA Suffa University. She has a research publication, published in HEC recognized Journal, to her credit. Her research interests include Human Resource Management, Artificial Intelligence, Human Resource Information System, Human Resource Diversity, Recruitment and Selection, Job Satisfaction, Management and Administration
