Dr. Sobia Jamil is an accomplished Assistant Professor in the Management and HRM Department-CBM at the Institute of Business Management, Karachi. With over 13 years of experience in academia, research, and human resource management, Dr. Jamil brings a wealth of knowledge and a strong commitment to teaching and scholarly research. Dr. Jamil's research interests include Green Human Resource Management, demographic change, employee behaviors, diversification, Digital HRM and Human Resource development. Her work has been published in numerous esteemed international and national journals. She has presented at multiple international conferences, including those recognized by Scopus. Dr. Jamil is actively involved in academic administration, including nominating team members for program teams and research projects. Her involvement in core projects further evidences Dr. Jamil's dedication to research. Notably, she has been involved in significant initiatives funded by the US mission to Pakistan, focusing on expanding student career opportunities and building community resilience. Her collaboration with institutions like George Mission University and the University of Karachi has led to insightful studies in her area of expertise. She is dedicated to fostering analytical skills among students and contributing to the dissemination of knowledge in higher education.
