Naheed Ghaffar is a Senior Lecturer in Supply Chain Management at IoBM with over 20 years of combined academic and industry experience. She holds an MPhil in Supply Chain Management and has worked with leading logistics and marine service firms. Her teaching focuses on SCM, logistics, and import-export operations, and her research emphasizes service supply chains and risk management.
