Kinza Zehra is a PhD scholar at the University of Karachi, focusing her research on workplace behaviors and human resource management (HRM). She holds the degree of MS in Management Sciences specialized in HRM and is currently serving as a Senior Lecturer in Management & HRM department at the Institute of Business Management (IoBM). Before entering in academia 5 years ago, Kinza spent over 3+ years in the corporate sector, gaining valuable industry experience that now enriches her teaching and research. She has published several research papers and remains passionate about bridging academic insights with real-world organizational challenges.
