About

Dr. Sehrish Huma is an Assistant Professor at the Institute of Business Management (IoBM), specializing in Supply Chain Management. She holds a PhD in Supply Chain Management from the University of Karachi and has taught a range of supply chain management courses at leading public and private universities. She is also a certified Professional Member (PSCM) of the Institute of Supply Chain Management (IoSCM), UK. Her research interests include supply chain innovation, strategic supply chain design, risk management, and digital transformation. Dr. Huma has published extensively in international, peer-reviewed journals recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) and indexed in Scopus and Web of Science (SSCI), contributing significantly to the advancement of supply chain knowledge. She also serves as a reviewer for several international journals. With a strong blend of academic, research, and industry experience, Dr. Huma bridges theoretical insight with practical application. In recognition of her professional contributions, she received an award from IoSCM, UK, and was featured in the Canadian global series Women Bringing Confidence and Authenticity to the Supply Chain by Let’s Talk Supply Chain. Her work reflects a commitment to advancing supply chain research, fostering innovation, and empowering women to lead with authenticity and confidence.
