About

Dr. Samrah Shariq is serving as an Assistant Professor in the Management and HRM Department. She holds a Ph.D. from the University of Karachi and received the Case Teaching Scholarship from Cranfield University, UK. She completed her MPhil (HRM) with distinction from Iqra University, Karachi, and earned her Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication from the University of Karachi. Dr. Shariq is a multidisciplinary researcher with expertise in Organizational Behavior, Human Resource Management, Organizational Psychology, Sustainability, Strategic Leadership, Gender Equality, and Women Empowerment. She has numerous impact factor research publications and conference presentations to her credit, along with more than 11 years of academic and industry experience. She also contributes as a reviewer and evaluator for various journals and higher education institutions.
