About

Dr. Saba Gulzar is an Assistant Professor at IoBM, specializing in Human Resource Management. Her academic and research interests include scale development, employee competencies, organizational behavior, and the integration of technology and AI in the future of work. She is actively involved in curriculum development at the doctoral level and is passionate about bridging academic research with workplace practice. She also explores coaching in student and team motivation and has more than a decade of corporate experience in senior HR roles, academia, and training.
