Dr. Rana Zeeshan Mubarak holds a PhD in Management (HRM) from Universiti Pendidikan Sultan Idris, Malaysia, and brings over 12 years of teaching and corporate experience. His academic leadership is evident in prior appointments as Chairman DBA at KASBIT and Management Counselor at Pakistan Institute of Management. Dr. Mubarak gained valuable international corporate experience while working with "Orridge" in UK, which equipped him to integrate globally informed, practical insights into management education. Committed to advancing pedagogical excellence, he has been serving as a Judge for the prestigious QS Reimagine Education Awards & Conference for the past three years, evaluating innovations in the categories of AI in Business Education and Emerging Skills and Competencies. Recognized for his expertise, he has also served as the reviewer for "The Learning Organization" (Emerald) and as Associate Editor of the "KASBIT Business Journal". Dr. Mubarak has a proven track record of supervising numerous graduate theses and industrial/capstone projects to successful completion. His academic and professional interests include Global Strategic Management, Leadership, Strategic HRM, DEIB, Change Management, Business Research and Analytics, and Innovative Pedagogical Practices.
