About

Dr. Qamar Abbas is an HEC-approved PhD supervisor with extensive academic and professional experience in management sciences. He currently serves as an Assistant Professor at the College of Business Management, IoBM Karachi, where he teaches at the PhD and graduate levels, supervises theses, and evaluates doctoral research. Previously, he worked at Mohammad Ali Jinnah University, Karachi, focusing on organizational practices within Pakistan's banking sector, including diversity management and employee performance enhancement through coaching. He has held several leadership roles, such as Director of PhD Programs, Chairman of the Board of Studies, and Head of Department. His research primarily explores workforce diversity, organizational justice, and inclusive practices. Dr. Abbas earned his PhD from Qurtuba University of Science and Information Technology, Peshawar, with a thesis on the impact of organizational justice on diversity and organizational outcomes. His work emphasizes fostering resilient, inclusive organizations to navigate complex market environments effectively.
