About

Dr. Falak Shad Memon holds a PhD in Energy and Environmental Management from IoBM, an MBA in Finance from IoBM, and a BE in Industrial and Manufacturing Engineering from NED University. As MBA Program Coordinator, she contributes to curriculum design and student mentoring. Her research focuses on environmental sustainability, climate change, supply chain management, and quality management. She is a certified ISO Lead Auditor (IRCA, UK) and SAP expert, with over six years of industrial experience. She also serves as Assistant Editor of the Journal of Education and Educational Development.
