About

Dr. Bilqees Ghani is currently serving as an Associate Professor in the Department of Management and HRM, a role she assumed in January 2025. Prior to this, she served as an Assistant Professor in the same department from 2019 to 2024, bringing over six years of academic experience. She designs and delivers courses in HRM and Organizational Behavior, actively contributes to research, student mentoring, and institutional service. Before entering academia, she worked in HR at ITP for two years and completed internships with leading organizations such as Abbott Laboratories, Civil Aviation Authority (CAA), and Deloitte Pakistan. Her research has been published in top international journals, including Behaviour & Information Technology, The International Journal of Human Resource Management, Personnel Review, and Business Strategy and the Environment. She has presented at leading conferences, including the Eastern Academy of Management, and received IoBM’s Best Researcher Award.
