Dr. Bilqees Ghani is an Associate Professor in the Department of HR and Management, having assumed this role in January 2025. Prior to this, she served as an Assistant Professor from 2019 to 2024, contributing actively to both teaching and research within the domain of Human Resource Management and Organizational Behavior. Before transitioning into academia, Dr. Bilqees worked at ITP, gained brief industry experience. Her professional journey also includes internships with several prestigious organizations such as Deloitte Pakistan, Abbott Laboratories, and the Civil Aviation Authority of Pakistan. Dr. Bilqees has published her research in several internationally recognized and high-impact journals indexed in Scopus, Clarivate, ABDC, and ABS. Her work has appeared in leading outlets including Behaviour and Information Technology, The International Journal of Human Resource Management, Personnel Review, and Career Development International. She has also had the distinction of presenting her research at prestigious academic forums, notably the Eastern Academy of Management conference, SBS IBA international Conference. Her scholarly interests lie at the intersection of organizational behavior, human resource development, and workplace transformation in emerging economies.
