Dr. Asma Rahim Chang is a seasoned educator, researcher, and an entrepreneurship mentor with a passion for shaping future changemakers. Currently serving as an Assistant Professor in the Entrepreneurship Department of CBM-IoBM, she brings over 10 years of rich academic experience from leading institutions in Pakistan and Saudi Arabia, coupled with 5+ years in the corporate sector. Dr. Chang holds a PhD in Management Sciences from SZABIST and an MBA in Marketing from University of Management & Technology. Her academic journey is decorated with a Gold Medal in BBA and a Silver Medal in MBA from UMT. She is a published researcher with research articles featured in impact factor journals. Furthermore, she is an entrepreneur and an effective trainer who has conducted engaging workshops on entrepreneurial mindset, marketing strategies, and effective communication for students, startups, and professionals alike.
