About

Bushra Javed is a Senior Lecturer in the Management & HRM Department at IoBM. She is currently pursuing her Ph.D. in Business Management from IoBM. She holds an MPhil in Business Administration from Air University, Islamabad, and an MBA in Finance from the University of Education. Her research interests include data-driven capabilities, data-driven culture, and Industry 4.0. With over six years of academic experience and freelance expertise in academic and creative writing, she has published several research papers and presented at conferences. She holds a distinction in her MBA and was a scholarship holder throughout her program.
