The employment of IoBM graduates spread through many jobs in various career fields. Overall, employment opportunities for qualified managers are expected to be excellent in the national and multinational organizations. Total jobs in management are also expected to increase in 2025, which is higher than the average for most positions. Projected growth does vary according to industries. For example, significant opportunities are expected in service and manufacturing industries, especially in Finance, HR, Marketing and Supply Chain.
The degree programs in Business Administration are a management-focused program that develops skills through course work in Management, Strategic Management, Organizational Behavior, Strategic Human Resource Management, Business Startups, and Entrepreneurship. Graduates should be prepared for a variety of entry-level positions in the broad career field of business.
