About

Dr. Sajjad Nawaz Khan is an Associate Professor of Human Resource Development at the College of Business and Management (CBM), Institute of Business Management (IoBM), Karachi. He earned his PhD in HRD from Universiti Malaysia Sarawak (UNIMAS), Malaysia. His research focuses on leadership, followership, green HRM, and employees’ reactions towards organizational change. He has published in reputable international journals including Leadership & Organization Development Journal, Journal of Asia Business Studies, Environment, Development and Sustainability, and Journal of Internet Commerce. He is the recipient of the Emerald Literati Award for Outstanding Paper (2021) and the Best Teacher Award (2025–26). Dr. Khan has supervised multiple MPhil and PhD scholars and actively conducts advanced training workshops on SPSS and SmartPLS across leading universities in Pakistan. His work integrates leadership theory, sustainability, and behavioral research with strong methodological rigor.
