About

An entrepreneur and academician with 12 years of experience in teaching, mentoring, training, and business leadership. Currently serving as an Assistant Professor at the Institute of Business Management (IoBM), with prior experience leading IoBM’s Entrepreneurship Program. Teaching contributions also include delivering courses to University of London students through an external body program. In addition to academic roles, has successfully run multiple businesses, developing hands-on expertise in business formation, operations, financing, marketing, and management. Holds a PhD in scale development with a focus on inclusion and diversity within MSMEs, as well as an MBA in Marketing, both from IoBM. Areas of expertise include research, small business development, entrepreneurship, marketing strategy, consumer behavior, and design thinking. Passionate about driving innovation and creating impactful solutions, with a strong focus on strategic thinking, collaborative leadership, and empowering individuals and businesses to achieve sustainable growth and long-term success in an evolving business landscape.
