About

Dr. Mehreen Mansoor is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Management and HRM and serves as MS Program Coordinator with the GBR Department at CBM. She previously headed the Department of Business Administration at Greenwich University and has taught at various universities across Karachi. Dr. Mansoor holds a Ph.D. in Management Sciences (HRM) from SZABIST University, Karachi. Her professional experience includes HR roles in banking, consultancy, and textile sectors, as well as talent acquisition consulting for C-level hiring. Her expertise includes career counseling, psychometric testing, resume writing, interview techniques, and data analysis. She serves as a peer reviewer for Vision (SAGE Publications) and RADS Journal of Business Management, and her research covers digital recruitment, psychometrics, and organizational psychology.
