Dr. Syeda Tayyaba Fasih is an accomplished academician and HEC-approved Ph.D. supervisor (2023–2026), specializing in Human Resource Management, Talent Management, Diversity & Inclusion, and Leadership. With over six years of teaching and research experience at IoBM, she has demonstrated a strong commitment to academic excellence, curriculum development, and student mentoring. She holds a Ph.D. in Business Management, an MS/MPhil in HRM and Organizational Psychology from IoBM, and a BBA in HRM from Bahria University. Dr. Fasih has multiple publications in international impact factor journals, including Journal of Knowledge Management and Leadership & Organization Development Journal. She was awarded the prestigious HEC Indigenous Ph.D. Scholarship (2016–2021) and regularly supervises MPhil and Ph.D. students. Proficient in both quantitative (SPSS, AMOS, PLS-SEM, R) and qualitative (NVivo) tools, she also engages in grant writing and journal reviewing. Her participation in international training programs (UPSIGN UK, Arcade UAS Finland) reflects her commitment to pedagogical innovation. Dr. Fasih’s academic vision centers on fostering critical thinking, inclusivity, and applied research for sustainable development.
