Dr. Waqas Khuram is an esteemed academic and researcher, currently serving as an Assistant Professor at the Institute of Business Management (IoBM), Pakistan. He holds a Ph.D. from the Harbin Institute of Technology (HIT), China—an elite research-intensive university internationally recognized for excellence in science, engineering, and technology. Dr. Khuram has developed a distinguished research portfolio, with numerous high-impact publications in Scopus- and Web of Science–indexed journals. His scholarly work spans organizational behavior, AI-driven entrepreneurship and leadership, cognitive automation, and innovation management. His research addresses complex global challenges through multidisciplinary perspectives. He is deeply committed to intellectual rigor, innovation, and global engagement.
