Kinza Zehra is a Ph.D. scholar at the University of Karachi, focusing her research on workplace behaviors and human resource management (HRM). She holds an MS in Management Sciences with a specialization in HRM and is currently serving as a Senior Lecturer in the Management and HRM Department at the Institute of Business Management (IoBM). Before entering academia five years ago, Kinza spent over three years in the corporate sector, gaining valuable industry experience that now enriches her teaching and research. She has published several research papers and remains passionate about bridging academic insights with real-world organizational challenges.
